CURRENT ACTION (as of 9/25/25): Send a message to Governor Newsom asking him to sign these bills into law!

HERE ARE THE DIRECTIONS (it's actually very easy and takes less than 2 minutes!):

1. Go to https://www.gov.ca.gov/contact/

2. Scroll down to "What is your request or comment?" On the dropdown menu, choose "Legislation Issues/Concerns."

3. Click on "leave a comment" (and then "next")

4. Click on "PRO"

5. In the message box, you can write your own message or you can copy and paste the text below with your own name and city.

Subject Line: Please sign climate, water, and public-health bills (AB39, AB44, AB93, AB368, AB900; SB427, SB500, SB224, SB682, SB30, SB31, SB613)


Governor Newsom — my name is [First Last] with the San Fernando Valley Chapter of The Climate Reality Project, from [City and Zip Code]. We are asking you to please sign the listed bills to: (1) accelerate electrification of buildings, (2) protect water and recycled water planning, (3) limit PFAS, reduce methane emissions, and (4) protect California habitat. These measures will protect communities by lowering emissions creating a healthier environment. Thank you for your leadership.
